Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
Need a different size or item? No problem!
We’ll cover the shipping cost to send you the replacement item once we receive your return.

Shipping Time
Shipping times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your package leaves our warehouse, delays are out of our control. For issues, please contact your shipping carrier directly.
International Orders
International packages may incur customs fees, VAT, or tariffs based on your country’s import laws. These charges are not included in your order and are the customer’s responsibility.
We legally cannot alter customs forms to avoid these fees.

Once a package leaves our facility, it’s in the hands of USPS or FedEx. If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed:
